We confirm service availability, the location and the requested work when arranging service.
We operate during our published business hours.
Arrival times are estimates affected by traffic, distance, current work and job requirements.
Our business name does not guarantee arrival within 15 minutes.
Authorization to Request Work
You must be authorized to request access to or changes involving the vehicle, property, lock or equipment concerned.
We may request identification and suitable proof of ownership, occupancy or authorization before proceeding.
Estimates and Approval
An initial estimate is based on the information available at the time.
Inspection may identify different hardware, damage or other work affecting the scope.
We explain the proposed work and total charges and obtain your approval before performing chargeable work or approved additions.
Service Call Charges
A service call charge may apply.
The amount depends on the distance, time of service and type of work.
We disclose any applicable service call charge and when it becomes payable before dispatch so you can decide whether to proceed.
Cancellations and Changes

If a service call charge is payable when a visit is cancelled or the requested work is declined, that condition and the amount must have been explained and agreed before dispatch.
